We offer free US shipping for orders over $200. Shipping starts at around $6 and goes up based on location and the weight of your package.

All packages are shipped from Arizona.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless there are unforeseeable delays (holidays etc.) or we advise on the live sale.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. During checkout, you are able to choose your delivery preference.

Please make sure the shipping address is entered correctly as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you and work with you to best resolve the issue.

If you see that your package is not moving between shipping points, please send us an email with your order number to azstoneco@gmail.com.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is fulfilled.

Damaged Items

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely and securely. That being said, we cannot guarantee its condition once it leaves our hands. If your order appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact us via email at azstoneco@gmail.com, and be sure to include a clear picture of the item(s) in question, as well as the box from multiple angles if possible. If you purchased insurance at check out, we will assist you in submitting a claim with the carrier.

Many of our crystals are fragile, and we can assure you that when any of our products leave our hands they are wrapped and padded with the utmost care, but sometimes damage does occur.

Because of the fragile nature of crystals, it is HIGHLY recommended you add shipping insurance to your order during checkout.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We have done quite a bit of research, talking with many miners and dealers from around the world. We strive to constantly educate ourselves on minerals and mining practices, and have good relationships with our partners from whom we purchase our crystals.

We also attend major mineral and gem shows in the United States such as the Tucson Gem Show, in addition to working privately with miners and dealers around the world. 

We try to ensure that we have the most information about the source and conditions the mineral was mined in. However, due to the nature of mining, accessibility, and global micro-economies, it is not possible to have a thorough history of every mineral that comes out of the ground. 

With that, we work closely with miners and dealers who can answer all of our questions so there is a relationship built on trust.
